Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by FairRock Bayonne Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Services Provided

FairRock Bayonne Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, and related outdoor services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We make every effort to provide accurate estimates and timelines. However, actual costs and completion dates may vary based on weather conditions, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For ongoing maintenance contracts, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require 30 days written notice to cancel recurring services.

Property Access and Liability

By hiring our services, you grant us permission to access your property during scheduled service times. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and for securing pets during our visit.

We carry general liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, you agree to notify us immediately of any concerns or damages so we can address them promptly.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other items that are not properly marked or disclosed before work begins.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials come with a limited warranty as specified in your service agreement. Hardscaping and installation work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather, improper maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. To maintain your warranty, you must follow any care instructions we provide.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work together to resolve the issue. We are committed to your satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hudson County.
